Just download and put it in your program files/ea games/battlefield 1942/mods/bf1942/archives/bf1942/levels folder then start up the game.
There are still a few tweaks I have to mod around with, not with the bunker but with mods. You can play it without this patch as well, you just won't see the bunker.

EDIT: You need to extract the file from the zip and put that file into the folder not the whole zip. If you put the zip in there it will crash ur game.
