I'm trying to learn for our new server, but cant figure out how.

http://www.serversidemodding.com/ is a good place to look if you already know the basics. Lots of ideas and recipes.

something sort of like mafias server, but a little less dramatic. u know like quick spawning planes and no damage when ure plane crashes.

and maybye a glitch here and there lol.

--edit-- well that does help but 2 sorta big questions

1. The folder that has all the files that need to be edited comes with ure server correct?

2. What happens if i wanna change it back to how it was before?Do i need to back it up beforehand?

3. and no one will have to download map to play on my server right?

1: Yes

2: If you change the original files, make backups! If you change map files, you can
make files that patch the original ones. I.e "el_alamein_026 .rfa". Then you can just remove your patches to get back to the original game.

3:  As long as you only change things that can be changed server-side, everyone can play without downloading files from you.

Just do your mods on your computer first, BEFORE you mod your server. This way you can check things out before you load your mod maps on the server.
