300!  I can lift that with my dick.  Honestly though, there were two kids at my school that could each lift over 500 lbs.  Half brothers and one of them was born with bum legs, so he walked with canes.  This kid was like 110 lbs with arms like fucking cedar trees.  Went on to compete in the Junior Special Olympics or some shit.

Most productive thing I did today -- smoked a bowl.  And I hear productivity is expected to increase 200% within the next half hour.

lol, yeah, I know my 210 isn't amazing... but it's the record for sophmores!!!  The dude who holds all of our records wieghed 235, and benched 445, he was a senior, and is now a professional body builder.  Power cleans he did 550 on power cleans, 540 on squats, and yeah... he was a beast... with the name Ashley.  Why are all big buff guys named Ashley!?
