yea, tell him/her to hit alt + tab to minimize their game then use the chat feature. I think most of the phonetic binds are disabled on the ventrilo channels.

well yea that would work but what if like today the server was full and i had no way of tellin them to kick someone.

well if you can't get into ventrilo, PM somebody that is currently on so that person can tell an admin to make a spot open for you. I also suggest getting some AIM screen names from some mafia members just incase the PM's don't work fast enough. If you want to check who is currently on ventrilo at the time then use the LIVE STATS that we have.

Umm....  NO.  

You could just hit the refresh button for a while and join when someone leaves.
