well you heard it right i got hardware banned using a battlefield 2 hack today. so im a little pissed at the moment. so im going to format my pc so i will be back in a few days maybe! the hacks i was using is called battlehud 2.1 so dont use it.

Hmm i think all u have to do is get a new cd key hitman and make a new account, but hardware ban i think has to do with the whole pc not being able to run bf2, not even with a new cd key.....i might be wrong so yea...

Sorry Brick you can format a million times it wont help. You will need new "Graphics,hard drive(s),motherboard,cpu,sound,cd drives,floppy" The idea is they may use one hardware serial or they may use them all in most cases eb likes to use the hd and graphics.
 
 Best of luck you will also need a new account and cd key.

How can they use the hardware's serial number? Even the manufacturers want to know the model and serial numbers when you call for support. I don't even know the serial numbers on my hardware without checking the device or the box. Maybe they use your internal or external IP address

I got GUID banned also and if you get a new cd key you will get HW banned so dont do that. ITll be a waste of money. The only way to fix this is to get a new HDD, nic and cd key. I wasnt using battlehud so its not just that hack thats caused this. Sorry to hear you got banned also guys. Fuckin sucks.

Heres what you do. Get a new cd key, let it get banned. Call them up and complain, say you got the computer from a relative.

They will remove your ban.
