Go into your bios and turn OFF your mother board sound.

Turn system off then turn it back on, RIGHT AWAY hit and hold "delete" for a few secounds, after that you are on your own to find where it is in the bios, all systems have it in different places.

If above is a no go, reboot and look for the "key to hit" on the screen to get into setup. Then off and on again hitting that key to get into setup.

There should be a jumper on the MB to reset the bios back to default but I dont know if it erases the password.  Check the users manuel.

Turn off the computer, unplug it from the outlet, open the case, look at motherboard, look for a ROUND silver battery, remove it and wait 10 min (or longer if you have the time), replace it, plug back into outlet, turn computer on (boot up) and hit what key is needed to get into bios.

NOTE... There should be a jumper to clear bios, if you can find it do that BEFORE removing the Battery, but you should be good to go just by doing what I said above.
