I just got a new Pc and i tried setting up my joystick for it but whenever i put it in it always says "Usb port detected" "Uknown device" does anyone know how to get pass this so i can use it. It works on my Dads pc and i just bought a new one today about 3 hrs ago. If anyone can help please do

With most USB sticks you have to put the software in FIRST then plug the stick in, did you do that?

Yeah i did all of that.... we where on the phone with them (logitech) but they just said it was the joystick, and we kept saying it works on another PC and we just bought it.

EDIT: i dont know if this will help if anyone knows but this is the exact error message i get

Did you try another USB plug on the computer, remove something just to test if you have to.

That means that port has an error or has a hardware malfunction.
