It all depends on how long the bus was accually driving at these speeds, if you don't have this info, you can't know what the average speed has been untill now!!

You have to assume that half of all mexicans are pregnant so that leaves you with fifteen pregnant mexicans crossing the border. Then you take the figures of fifteen minus four that drowned, minus two that got shot, minus six that were lost and minus three that starved to death and that leaves you zero so no pregnant mexicans survived?
