Description:
15 diamonds (.17 g) surrounding a green jade stone (.57 g).  Stone rimmed with fine 18k gold.  The ring is 18k gold as well.  The "theme" of the ring is somewhat of a sea turtle with the green jade being the shell and an adjecent tail, head, and feet are located on the sides.  Red heart box included. Intended for a LADY'S finger, won't fit on most male fingers.  Width: 3/4 in.  Height: 13/16 in.  Diameter  of hole: 5/8 in.

He means actual ring size, like shoe size.  I think woman's sizes start at 4 and go up by ones, 5, 6, 7, ect.  I'm not sure if they have 1/2's or 1/4's like hats, or if they just stay at whole numbers...
