It's a still from the Aphex Twin music video for his song "Come to Daddy" which you may like.  In a lot of his videos, he superimposes the image of his face onto bodies that aren't his--in this instance it looks like he's done it to little girls.  The faces are of Aphex Twin, aka Richard D. James.

I did.  Aphex Twin may not be the greatest artist, but he is very highly revered for his electronic music.  You may find him similar to you because he's known for taking apart equipment and rewiring the circuits to create specific sound, and he builds programs to create analogs for his music.  Despite this, the exact methods he uses to create his music are only speculation because he works alone, meaning without the presence of others, and he uses equipment no one has access to, i.e. he builds it in a sense.
