they are definately 2 very different games...i just played bf2 for the 1st time today in a few months and it was way weird for me!  still think it's fun...i like em both :p

I'm just judging by the demo of 2142 but I prefer BF2 still. Mostly because there are more ways to piss people off in BF2 rather than 2142.

Na theres tons of more ways to piss people off in 2142 cause now you cant avoid the mines cause they hover and come after you... And the support is the most accurate gun in the game other then the sniper rifle that pisses me off......

Yeah, support can sniper the sniper. And it has a shield to cover your ass behind.
It pissed me off when I was snipering.
And those mines... fuck them.

I still like bf2 and bf1942. That demo of bf2142 just really ruined that game for me,so I'm not gonna get it.

Battlefield 1942 started and is still quite entertaining when there are people playing and i mean more than 20. but 2142 is great. "Enemy walker spotted!"
