Finally got all the parts in my computer and now the computer will not start... The power supply doesnt even have any voltage coming from the male pronges...  Fan doesnt even work 5 volts going to motherboard pissing me off... Atleast ill have more time when this senior project is out of the way...

everything is plugged into the right things, im taking it back to compusa in 10 minutes, once this is done im done with my senior project yay!!!

I'd expect to pay no less that $150 from comp-usa. I'm guessing that you've missed a jumper or have the configuration of the power switch setup wrong.

na the fan would be on in the power suppply and it doesnt come on.

I bought a power supply from newegg for 20 bucks and it ran for 3 years and is still running strong ;) compusa=CRAP!

Even if you have power to the supply you would still have to switch it on for the fan to start working. Look over your case and motherboard documentation again before taking it over to compusa and blowing your money.

The directins that came with the tower and the video cards and the supply were all useless, the motherboard booklet is the only thing im going off of.  The motherboard makers should be making the towers and stuff too... :(

Useless because they are difficult to understand? Send me the specs of your tower and mother board and i'll see if I can get you figured out.
