they hold one of those 15 minutes away from my house once a year. It's called "I madonare( i know i butchered the spelling) street painting festival." Very entertaining to watch them do it.

So does the guy show you how's it done? Like actually draw it in front of you? Still,very cool and looks real.

I didn't watch more than 20 seconds of the video clip, but the one's i've seen don't use any sprays.
It's not just "a guy," anyone can reserver a portion of the sidewalk and they spend about a week making their stuff. They do it by sections, they have really lightly drawn lines to make a grid, and they do it square by square. It's free and anyone can do it, it was actually held not too long ago, maybe 2 months ago?

Hey Roshan, if you look at the bottom right of your post, it says "edit."  If you click that, you can add/remove/change stuff in it instead of double posting.  Anyway, those drawings look 3D, I wish I could do that.
