Ok if you didn't see any files in the lower box then you should be ok, that program was looking for a spy ware file that is very common on computers that takes O/S Privileges away.
Just for the hell of it, do a spy ware scan using a program of your choice... I use

After installing the above files from PB and you still have a problem, next I will ask you to 1st turn off your anti-virus and then try to join a game, if still having a problem keep your anti-virus off and now turn off your firewall and now try again (you could have a software firewall and a modem firewall). I know, I am sure you do not want to turn this protection off, but this is the only way to see if one or both programs are blocking PB. In any case, if you can get on with both off, now turn back on your anti-virus and try again, if you still can play, then we know your firewall is blocking PB and we just have to give PB permission in the firewall program.
