Both of you are insane! Micheal Keaton made the role. Christian Bale had to damn near go goth just to be convincing enough that he was Batman. Christian Bale is emo and so are you for liking him. Fail!

I will give Christian Bale this, when put into an original story he can flat out act. Equilibrium for example. But I suppose I am just a bit biased... Micheal Keaton is getting closer and closer to munging age and I suppose that's why I like him. :)

I have to say I don't really rate Michael Keaton, sry Balth. He's just a bit too twitchy and off the wall to take seriously. But then again I don't really rate Christian Bale as Batman either...I don't know, maybe cos I'm older the whole Batman thing just seems lame now. I don't think Bale has made much of an impact on film since 'Empire Of The Sun'.
