Lol, now that was one awesome round.

I started with 1 kill and 6 deaths, and then fought my way back to 40 kills and 14 deaths .

Lol, both of you haven't played crysis yet haha.

You get ranks per round. Everyone starts as a PVT and can rank up by getting points (eg capping flags or killing people ect.). But yeah, this is the first time that I made it to CPT. Usually rounds don't last that long.

me neither, and i won't buy it or "buy" it for that matter. It looks like a pretty arcadey piece of shit game, much like BF2. I've seen the in-game footage, it's like UT04 only less realistic, if that's possible.

I watched the single player action, took a whole mag to take out the AI, and they respond as if they're part retarded. The whole "i'm superman, check out my swank muscle suit" is pretty stupid too, and the "customize guns in seconds on the battlefield" is also total crap.

It just looks pretty and has great physics, and that's it.

It looks damn great and the physics are only in DX9 single player. So you don't have all those physics online. Viewing video's of single or multiplayer footage is way different then playing the game yourself. But ah well I like the whole idea of adapting your suit to your needs and being better then others because you use better tactics.
I really wonder what singleplayer's going to be like. Multiplayer is awesome, but I think the AI will indeed not be as realistic or as fun as the online play. Though crysis has one of the most advanced AI. But yeah, 26th oktober, so 2 weeks left and then I'll see what they've done.

Its cause I run it with most settings on high, 1280x1024, but without any AA on. The beta isn't optimised, the game itself will be optimised. So if I put AA on it will be unplayable because of the graphics lag

With crysis you can really do whatever you want, be hardcore with an assualt rifle, capping the objectives and killing everything (lol, yep animals like frogs, that used to fly because of a bug, can be killed to ) as you go, or you can be a stealth sniper with your invisability cloak on. Thats what I like about crysis, the nano suit.
