Why would you "refer" someone you have no clue about? Seems you should know something of the person before you refer them... I mean have you ever even seen him in game?

Ive played with him on numorous occasions on the mafia server, and spoke to him quite alot too, hes a really nice guy reminds of titties quite alot though
