If you want to get back on topic then here we go...   I hate to keep beating a dead horse but the cold hard fact is that jumping through a few hoops can get you legal use of Marijuana.  The smoke screen of Medical purpose is alive in California.  It is still illegal by Fed govt. laws.  The state has no power to over rule Federal law so the state has created a very liberal medical policy under prop. 215.

With this you can posses 6 mature plants and up to a 8 ounces of Marijuana for personal use.  Wow that is a lot.  You can also transport it without fear of prosecution.  Snakey and Billy it is legal in California but still illegal in Canada.  Sorry for you.  I am truly sorry that the two of you cant hold a discussion with out being defensive and feeling attacked.  There is alot of information out there and I can admit and understand that people can have different view points.  Billy if you think I was calling you a liar then I came off wrong.  I was just stating that my experience and Physiological evidence didn't match your statement.  If you are the exception then cool for you and I have learned something.  Snake on the other hand you just seem to be an uneducated loud mouth individual.  I cant wait to hear you intillectual reply ie.. donut boy, ass pirate,   pull your head out of your fat donut eatin ass there Mr. Piggy.....  Like I have never heard these before.  Here is an article on Canadas stance on Marijuana.  Unless there is a newer article.

I am also not sorry that I take my job serious and feel a responsibility to remove people who are driving under the influence be it Alcohol, Marijuana, percription drugs or any other drug off the streets before they kill innocent people especially children.  Its not fun picking up children or there parents that have limbs cut off and have been killed by some jackass that isn't responsible enough to stay out of a car after he gets high.  I have seen it way too often..  Wake up people.  I just hope for the individual that chooses to become intoxicated and drive for your sake that you are never involved in the tragedy of killing an innocent individual.

Well, if I try to make an intelligent response to that I will look like a dumbass.  Still, I have learned alot about how much politics has to do with the legalization of marijuana, about how Snake REALLY hates cops, and many other things.  Not for ME to beat a dead horse, but my original argument still stands, no matter how naive it is: Alcohol is no better than marijuana.  Simple, yet basically covers everything I have to say about the subject.
