I suspect he had more in his system than alcohol...IDK. And, I care so much because he is
a human being, he went to school with my sons so he is like a son to me, and he is just a great kid (other than this slight detour). And, he is studying to become an accountant too..however this might affect that endeavor.

If they stopped him, arrested him, when they take you to the jail they make you breathalyze. If not, you are guilty. How do I know? It happen to me when I lived in Texas and trust me, if he has a Texas drivers license, then he is fucked!!! Been there and got the tshirt! It isn't fun.Yes, Texas license. They asked him to give a blood test and take a breathalizer and he refused. That is why they hauled him in. Never took a test of anykind. Will that make it easier to dismiss? Issue is something like that may affect his CPA licensure since it involves a rigorous background check that includes IRS review and fingerprinting . He is quite worried.
