Yes I'm sure we will skip Rookie status and vote on him.  Rookies are for us to get to know people, we already know him, so there's no point.  It has always been handled this way.  Loaded left for over a year and didn't have to re-apply.  I send them a PM or make a post telling them so.  Anyone who leaves peacefully and on their own either is automatically added back in or we re-vote them in.  Just look at or ask Havok, Ratman, Vanillathrilla, MadMedic, Mean Green, Stimph, TheCP, Outlaw, and most recently, Roshan and Kingpin. 

Anyway, I'm not trying to be sarcastic or a smart-alec or whatever, so I'm sorry if it appears that way.  And if you have a problem with him being added as a member and not a rookie, just vote no and begin preparing your "I TOLD YOU SO" speech.  He may probably leave at some point, lots of people come and go.  But if he never leaves, you have to give us a speech on
