I have received 2 PMs from people who wish to remain anonymous (Mean Green & Angel), kindly requesting the removal of Balthazar's avatar, because it is "disrespectful" towards women.  I told them I would let you all decide...

This is absurd! Balth needs to step down as Head and replaced with me. His shenanigans have gone on for far too long and it's time that all that comes to an end.

Is it a woman? Are you sure it's not a trans and a protest against gay sex. If you have gay sex, one of you will eventually die. Freedom of avatar as long as it ain't gory or rated R I don't see a problem with it. Who knows she might have fallen into a big bowl of grapes to crush them so they could all make wine. It actually kind of reminds me of Scooby's avatar with the dog falling out the car or whatever it was that I just kept watching over and over again. Tell the women they may have avatars that "disrespect" men as long as it isn't rated R.
