2 deaths in 1 season, bet that will stir up some desire for change in how safe the fences are for people that HAVE to catch that one ball.

Yeah that fence didn't look too safe being how low it is, but any higher will take away from the view, and supposedly it is against the city code.  Maybe they can eliminate that random drop in between the seats and filed by adding in another row or something.  Almost as bad as him dying is that his 6-year-old son witnessed it.

If Josh Hamilton tossed it to him then he created an unsafe condition throwing to the second level.  involuntary manslaughter wouldn't be an incorrect charge in my book.
