Hello guys,

A long time ago, i was crazy of you server ^^ I got really disappointed when it went down.... I still BF42, quite often, but it's not as fun as it used to be
Given that I will have the fiber very soon, I will be able to own my server   Therefore, it would be great if someone could give me the modded maps that MAFIA server used to have .

I really with it could happen

Well it would be better to make the server work with 1.61 version cuz no one has the 1.6 nowadays.
It doesnt necessary mean that we have to pay to host it, you just need a fucking good internet question and a computer (and ask the permission to AX main admin to be in the Battlefield 1942 list).

The thing is : If you guys still have the maps in 1.6 version, how can we make it 1.61?

Moreover, if I host it=> It will be in Bordeaux (where i live) and therefore your ping will suck cuz you live in the US :/ But it's no problem if you dont wanna play

What mods are you talking about? We've had so many of them. Kingpin used to host the server for us. But ya I think you need to buy one with Origin, not sure if you can just host a server anymore since Gamespy stopped hosting it?

But if for some reason you are right, i wont get the fiber (cuz it's damn expensive) and i would pay to host the sevrer (in fact it would be much cheaper)

The MODE i wish i could have is not the one you had just when the server went off, the one before would be better imo.

With flying jeeps, mines, xpacks, boats (as far as possible) the one with the M10 hidden (which was overpowered), the hidden FM Johnson ^^ , "auto" take off planes
And for fuck's sake, NO BOT ^^ (one shot sniper, one shot mauser)

So which one of you could help me?

PS: even though it's more expensive, i would prefer to host it with my computer, because i wanna play with 0 ping in my favorite server ;P

How about you just pay Beatle and he will run the server for ya. Not sure if he is willing to do that though. We won't be giving our mods out though. Unless if creators feel they want to. But the one's you are talking about were all the one's I put together.

Well there are 3 things:

-I want the server to be host in france if I pay for it ^^ (at least not in the US ...)
-I wanna be admin, not a random player (which is normal for someone who pays )
-Given that you wold have gave me the mods, you MAFIA guys would be admin too ^^

I can pay 100% of the server, think about it
If you guys dont give me the mods, i just would host my own shitty server, and you would have to pay for your server if you do...

I really hope that MAFIA is gonna come back and we can do it ^^ It's in your hands

You give beatle the money each month through paypal most likely,
he hosts it in France through Origin,
you get admin of the server (to kick, ban, change maps etc),
we put the mods on you want.
