Nobody is banned from the TT forum anymore as I didn't see any DOA accounts that were suspended or set to "banned". (In fact, all DOA accounts were made into administrator accounts).

Any IPs or usernames that were blacklisted are now gone because somebody replaced the entire blacklist with just Crumpet's username and IP. So now, the blacklist is totally empty.

Well there are two reasons why I believe he is a boy.  
1.  He's had some friends from England get on Ventrilo and I asked them about him, and they seemed legit although maybe not.
2.  His name is Will, short for William.  I've heard his brother, grandfather, and "mum" all call out his name in the background.  Now those could be set up as well, but I doubt he'd go through that trouble.

As far as him having no clue about his forum being taken over by [DOA], I think its because he's sleeping.  I'm not sure what time it is over there but he should be getting up in the next couple of hours, I think.
