On Friday March 18th, 2016 at 13:00 UTC (09:00AM EDT) we will be changing the ip address of your voice server to enable Denial-of-Service Mitigation Protection. If you are connecting using an IP address please connect using the hostname below to ensure that when your ip is changed that you will automatically reconnect to the new ip address when it is available. We expect the IP change to take between 15 to 30 minutes. During this time-frame you will be unable to connect to your voice server.

I didn't purchase it, they just switched our IP to that hostname.  Of course we are 37 ;-)
