I use alot verison 2.1.2 of Ventrilo cause i like to play with friends and i hate to uinstall and install 2.2.0 does any one know some trick so i can have both installations at the same time or something?

You should be able to have 2 installations, just install one into a different folder. Make it like a folder on the desktop or something. I personally don't have ventrillo right now so I can't be sure but you should be able to have both.

Well as quick i start the ventrilo 2.2.0 exe it says "An other installation was already found blablalbla.... .." HELP!

You can not run 2 different versions ventrilo has a anti hack protection in place that uses the registry you can only run 1 version so you will need to choose.
