check out this software. you can turn any pc connected on a lan to be another monitor of your main pc.

it worked for me, but since it is only a demo, there is an annoying splash screen always visible.  sweet, now i can connect my 3 laptops, 2 crt's, and 1 main lcd.  lol, imagine playing bf2 on that, if it would even work. it's somewhere around 90 inches ( I wish).

Most video cards now a days have this software avaliable in they're drivers suite... With Nvidia it's Nview and i'm not sure what it is with ATI (chris could probably tell you). Nice find though but most of the time on an enterprise LAN you are going to find KVM switchs which eliminate the need for such software.

That is for direct monitors connected to the card. The software allows you to send the video signal through the lan.

yes, the software makes it wireless. you could be anywhere in the vicinity and not worry about cables. i wish i could "buy" it!
