I suck At Photoshop/Request

Could Someone hook me up with an avatar.




Heres some of the shit ive done. It sucks dont laugh to hard.




How Do You guys get the 3d Effects or whatever they are so that the background looks real sick like shiny or whatever lol. I just started with photoshop, could use some tips.

idk man somthin war like with skulls ya know? nWo logo psd in back, you can get some good ones at surrealdesignz .com < think thats the link, if not google it, war like i mean like theres bombs blowin and people shooting ya know.?
