Help with Xbox 360

I need help purchasing an Xbox 360 (core system). Does anyone know where i can buy one for cheap? I also want to buy Gears of War, Elder Scrolls Obilivion IV, and a controller. But i DONT want to spend more than 400$.

you can get a refurb on geeks.com for 299(platinum)
the core sucks because you gotta get a memory card for updates and such, wired controllers suck too! just my opinion, also on gamestop they have refurbs of the core for like 189 i think.

I bought an elite fo i think around 510 (after taxes) then they went on sale a few weeks later. Youll prolly have to get a refurbished one if you want memory on it.
