And Holy Fuck! I wonder which point of that whole thing killed him. If it was the car wreck itself, him smashing the pavement or getting him by that blue car. All of which I presume would kill someone instantly.

The seat belt law is nothing more than a city, county, states way to make more money... Just get federal to print up more of that funny money to cover old mens mansion, car, boat payments...
