I've seen it and it oviously isn't real shit. Its that squirty chocolate mousse that you get in cans, one of them just spayed it up their ass before filming. The vomitting stuff is pretty nasty but they probably faked that aswell by taking a mouthfull of chocolate milkshake and spitting it out.
