Not sure what your "remote" is, but 1... The fire just means it is hot and 62c isn't that bad (well, matters what it is). 2... if remote is your GPU, nothing to worry about at 62c, I have seen my cards go to 70c+ with no ill effect.

Lets talk about your temps in order.

temps 1... 25c room temp, so is this really true

temp 2... 25c room temp, so is this really true

temp 3... -7c lol ok what are you running liquid carbon dioxide for cooling

temp... 1c um ok

local temp... 46c my guess would be CPU, north or south bridge, that temp is fine for anyone of them... I am pointing to one of the bridge chips (north)

remote temp... 62c my guess CPU north or south bridge, that temp is fine for anyone of them... I am pointing to CPU

(above possible flipflop the 2 chip guesses)

HD0... 30c Hard drive 1 good temp

HD1... 30c Hard drive 2 good temp

All in all... I have to say your board doesn't like Speedfan (or like Cp posted see if you have the newest speedfan).

ya i dled the new speed fan and this only makes me think that my board doesn't like speed fan. that is ok cus i am getting my new computer in shortly. i was just wondering because when i play bf2 my game will shut down and the screen will go black and i can hear people talking and stuff but screen is black. so i was wondering if my gc was overheating. i still want to keep this computer as like a back up and if anyone else wants to ever play games with me.
