They cost that much cos the demand for them is so low, also because anyone with any real sense knows they suck. They have to stick a high price tag on so brainless rich cunts think they're getting the best of the best. Mac can gloss em up to look like post-modern Ferrari's but the fact remains 90% of business's use Microsoft software. I've had to deal with graphic designers before and the annoying pricks think its cool to use Macs just because they are non mainstream, they cost shitloads and therfore cool or something but in the end its virtually impossible to pass accross workable documents and shit gets stupidly complecated. Damn Fashion victims. Oh and the Operating systems for Macs are really stupid to navigate and totally un-user friendly.

i love being able to connect mentally. its my fav thing about the mac. i will say i do like macs. but that is if i was going to get a laptop. desk top i am windows. but i like the mac laptop.
