$583,000 in legal fee's, Sounds like the lawyer fucked them aswell. $470,000 spent on healthcare over just 3 years thats gotta be a hell of a nursing home. I ghess if walmart didn't try to recoup the money it would open up the floodgates for thousands of  customers asking for exceptions in the future but it does seem cruel.

ive never been to wall mart, and i also know they use forced child labor from china, and other contries. its y they have some good prices.. (i here) ive never acctuly been to a wallmart.. exsept once when my dads car broke down and we needed motor oil. WallMart ive allways hated, for that reson... child labor getting paid  i have no i dea how little. :'(
