I think I've got hacked or something but when I try to open Ventrilo it stays minimized in the menu bar so I can't even press the connect button. If I click on it it just shoots off to the left and returns. I completely uninstalled it and deleted all the files and re-installed it but it does the same thing. I haven't a clue what to do, any ideas will be much appreciated.

Check the properties of the Ventrilo shortcut you are using. i.e. Start, Programs, Ventrilo, Right Click on the Ventrilo icon and go to properties. You should get a dialog box with several tabs at the top. Under the shortcut tab take a gander at the run property. Make sure that sucker is set at "Normal" and not "Minimized".

if thats still not working go to: C:\Documents and Settings\test\Application Data\ and delete the ventrilo folder then your ventrilo is refreshed and maybe then it works...
