@ Loaded, Generally Yes.  That sums up my beliefs.

@ Wasser, It's not what Romney had to offer but what Obama is doing to this country.  Now that he has his 2nd term the flood gates of bad news will start pouring in.  In this case I really do hope I am wrong but as Han Solo say's "I've got a bad feeling about this".    :zomg:

I really hate to agree with Roshan, but most of the shit wrong with the country is Congress' fault. Both sides are immature as fuck and don't realise that their attempts at undermining each other are really just hurting the country's economy/world image/work force. The US is currently in a state of Divided Government; where the Presidency is one party and Congress is the other and no one agrees with each other. If Romney were elected, it would be like Obama's first year all over again: Some progress until the people vote in Republicans(or Democrats for Romney) into Congress to further stunt laws from being passed. If anything, its the fucking dumbass, retarded, uninformed, inbred people who vote in America that are causing this by their constant mood swings on who should be in what. I've asked a bunch of people in my school who voted for Romney why they did so and I've yet to receive even an answer other than "He's not Obama". Now, I'm not dissing the people here who voted for Romney, I'm just trying to show that people vote because "he isn't X" and not because "Romney's idea's on X, Y, and Z are amazing and are better than Obama's idea's on X, Y, and Z".

Edit: Lol, I kind of contradicted myself here, but whatever I won't edit it out, just keep it as a rant or something. Also, Loaded, why do you use Socialist as though its an insult (or so it seems). Wasser having liberal views about social issues and how the government runs social projects doesn't make him a socialist.

"Romney could have offered you that would have given you a leg up"

I think can reply to this for him (because I truly believe he wont reply to you)... He is not looking for a "Leg Up", I would bet that Manowar believes no "leg up" should be given by the government, work for what you need or want.
Well, you misinterpreted that pretty good.

I didn't say "what free stuff is Romney going to give you because i'm a socialist."

I'm simply asking, in what way does Romney's "great plan for the future" come to benefit you at all? How will Romney's policies help you, or do they offer anything for you and your family? The point I was trying to make is that his vague plan of action to fix America seems to benefit mainly rich business men, not everyday middle class Americans, so why are you interested in electing him? Sorry if I'm repeating myself, but I want to make my point clear because you really took the ball and ran with it in the complete opposite direction I was going for with this.

"Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country."

Quoting democrats now, are we?

Politics and religion, no winner in a conversation.. . You hit both in 1 post. Good luck finding that job to live on and pay those "student loans" off.

So where did I mention religion at all in my post?

I voted Obama, not because I "want free stuff" but because Romney has burned too many bridges in the past couple of months with too many countries. The president can really only veto shit and is the first and only contact/ representative to other countries. With Romney pissing everyone off, i'd rather have the other guy. The many post i have seen on facebook or wherever that "THE APOCALYPSE IS COMING OBAMA REELECTED GG, AMERICA IS DEAD" are flat out retarded. They point to the question of "what did Obama do the past 4 years?"... mainly what limited powers the president has bestowed upon him. He can't really do shit as president, thats all congress. So, in a sense, i would have liked to see Romney get elected, just so in 4 years the same sentiments could be made of "ROMNEY DIDNT DO ANYTHING IN 4 YEARS, WTF?" but, here we are. Another thing that is brought up is "obamacare", just remember, congress passed it and the supreme court upheld it before you put all the blame onto Obama. Presidents don't have as much power as everyone thinks, the elections doesn't really mean shit.

Sure why not, its the words and meaning I am quoting, not the political party.

And for the rest of it... I never said one word who I voted for. In any case, you typed what you did (you can try to reword it all you want), in my opinion from your own words you are a socialist, again this is only "my" opinion, as this point.

BO making it back to the WH should make things really interesting in the coming months... Even more so that half the most powerful people at his side are bailing out on him and their country.

Time will tell if 50%+ of the country was correct (I just wish I could remove the 10% that weren't true citizens that voted)...

Race & Ethnicity...
Black... Obama: 93% (talk about discrimination, toward "whites")
Hispanic... Obama: 71%
Asian... Obama: 73%

Age...
18-29... Obama: 60%

Education...
No college degree... Obama: 51%

Income...
Under $30,000... Obama: 63%
$30,000 - $49,999... Obama: 57%

Size of Place...
Big cities... Obama: 69%
Mid-sized cities... Obama: 58%

Ideology...
Liberal... Obama: 86%
Moderate... Obama: 56%

Married...
Unmarried... Obama: 62%

Do You Think the Nation’s Economy Is...
Excellent or good... Obama: 90%  (this one I just have to say, are you kidding me?)

Are You Gay, Lesbian or Bisexual...?
Yes... Obama: 76%

Obama’s Job Performance...
Approve... Obama: 89% (ok this one too... Must be because of those "Fat" Bankers that were bailed out, sure can't be because of anything else, because this Economy sucks and if you don't see that, well mommy and daddy are taking way to much care of you).

So in closing... BO was re elected by Inner city, minority, gay, unmarried, uneducated, baby killing, living at home, part time workers at McDonald's, socialist, that have no clue because they are getting stoned, government owes me, free loading pieces of shit that wont do this country a damn world of good... In short, 30 and younger because their parents were to afraid to give them a kick in the ass every once in awhile because they could go to jail for child abuse.

Again... Good luck finding that job to pay those loans off. I heard Solyndra was hiring, oh wait, my mistake, they aren't... Just look to see where all those solar panels came from on government buildings, I am sure they are hiring, but you will have to move to China.

I am sure you will reply and I understand, but I am done with this subject.

What you just listed is the entire demographic of the Democratic Party: Minority groups, Women, College Students not done with school, and people who live in urban areas. I don't understand why you listed them.

Keep drinking that Fox News and Rush Limbaugh Kool-Aid old man. Your bullshit is going to die along with the rest of the Republican party as the elections keep coming because you refuse to grow out of your perfect white American bubble.

Oh my hell Loaded, I'm not rewording what I said I'm trying to clarify what I said because you obviously didn't get it then, and apparently you still don't now. Well, I could care less about the socialist branding. I am not one, but I'm sure me saying so won't convince you of anything...jus t thought I'd throw it out there.

Obama’s Job Performance...

I think if anyone is "not seeing the real picture," it's you Loaded...

"Over the past three months, the economy added 730,000 jobs. The unemployment rate remained at percent for the second straight month, though the rate is the lowest since January 2009, when Barack Obama took office. "

And thanks for the sarcastic good luck gesture about getting a job...again. But the truth is, getting a 4 year degree will get me a lot farther in life than will blaming minorities and gaylords for electing a president you don't approve of. To clarify about the kind of "people" you assume voted for him, I'm not some poor/gay/black/inner city shit who gets everything handed to him through welfare checks and works at mcdonalds getting stoned all day. I pay for my own schooling, housing, car, fuel, etc...and I have since day one.

And for the record, you STILL didn't say why Romney would have been such a great guy and how he would have helped the US out at all, in anyway. Which was the original reason for my first post.

He still won't have anything to say. People like him have been trained by Fox News and like to spew out phrases of communism, Marxism, socialism, etc... in order to downgrade Obama. A huge percentage of them still cannot accept a black man who has more power than the white folks. The portion of the party that are racists, and generally very uneducated, are the ones that are sinking the ship.

Also I've noticed that everytime Loaded cannot respond to a post effectively, he always says something like "I'm done here". Good way to avoid the facts and pussy out I guess...

I think I WAS FUCKING RIGHT! Everyone was like "Ermagerd Obama isn't gonna ban guns you stupid gun people!". BULL SHIT. It's silly to think he is going to outlaw guns within 4 years, but he IS going to pave the way and make it possible. I live in California so things won't change much for me, but those of you who buy\own guns outside of Cali are going to freak the fuck out when you have to follow the Cali-Style laws that are coming. Ie: 10 round mags, bullet buttons, featureless rifles, NO private transfers, etc.
