Well lightning let me say this and maybe it will make sense.
If you chase someone what most of the time happens? a bad wreck, crash, etc some states have finaly realized this, and make cops back off so the fucker wont speed and kill people.
Same as drugs the more people push them as bad the more people will do them. Most of the time allot of bad things happen because of arrogant cops, that have no real idea what in the fuck they are doing.
As that saying goes as I am sure you have heard it "You can only police the people as much as they want to be policed" then people start to retaliate.
I was on a base once and as most of you know the mp is the police for the military and as such some of them, like private sector cops are complete assholes.
Well a few of the guys on he base got tired of two of them, and their shit, so one night they got their asses beat and after that their asshole attitude went away.
My point is dont be an ass in life, no matter what you're job is, or who you are, just remember you bleed like everyone else. In the end if people would just calm down, and set priorities, for things that really need it, then things would run so much smoother.
